WHAT TO EXPECT

First-time patients will undergo a comprehensive exam, and a full set of x-rays. Your dentist will evaluate, in detail, your oral health and dental history. Your dentist will be sure to listen to any concerns you may have.

NEW PATIENT FORMS

Please complete and digitally submit all patient forms prior to your appointment. Otherwise, please arrive 20 minutes early.
